DIA-OFA annual Golf Outing set for June 14th at Polo Fields Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor

All,

The annual DIA-OFA Golf Outing will be hosted by the Polo Fields in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor on Thursday, June 14, 2002.

They are bending over backwards to give us exactly what we want at a very fair price. This is a private country club. Very impressive for that very important customer or group.

We have also found a beautiful, competitive hotel right around the corner for our out of town guests.

Hello ladies,

It was a pleasure meeting with you yesterday to discuss your outing. I have had a chance to review your needs and we can provide the following:

18 holes of golf with a car

11 or 12 shotgun

out door grill lunch

beer, pop, water, snacks on the course (2 carts with beverages for your volunteers to hand out beverages)

9 hour select bar

Dry snacks after golf—popcorn, chips and salsa

Plated filet and chicken dinner

Roaming PGA Pro

Massage Therapist prior to golf

Free use of the range

I will also give you two twosomes of golf good for either course as a prize. Donna is looking into a tee gift. I will let you know what she comes up with.

DIA-OFA Golf Outing scheduled for June 16th at Lakes of Taylor

The DIA-OFA is excited to announce our Annual Golf Outing on Thursday, June 16th, 2011 at the Lakes of Taylor G.C.

- For 2011, the DIA-OFA was able to lower the prices for this event.

- Please note on the Registration Form that I am asking for BOTH player names and their email addresses. The Lakes of Taylor has a program the DIA-OFA will be using to help us manage our outing. This list will NOT be used for ANY soliciting purposes from the Lakes of Taylor!
This list will ONLY be used in providing our players with outing information (such as confirmations, bag tags, tee-assignments, etc).

- For our out-of-town guests, the Detroit Metro Airport Marriott is offering room and complimentary shuttle packages.

- For those interested in sponsorship and/or prize donations, the DIA-OFA thanks you for your support!

Any prizes or giveaways, please let Charles know the details so we can properly acknowledge, display and distribute.
